Lot prices are set by the individual seller (lots are deeded real estate, sold privately). Chris works with available inventory and can show you what's currently on the market during a personal tour.
Annual dues are $1,656 per year, billed once annually in the spring. Financing may be available for qualified buyers. Ask Chris during your tour for current options. Most buyers pay cash or use personal savings — the lower price point compared to traditional real estate makes this feasible for many families.
There are no per-night fees, no reservation fees, no pool access fees, no golf fees, no equipment rental fees, and no event admission fees. Everything is included in the annual dues. This is one of the most common surprises for first-time visitors — the amenities are genuinely all-inclusive.
